1. Who we are

Gigs & Places is an app and website run by NRAZ Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Gigs & Places, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Your account

3. What Gigs & Places does

Gigs & Places helps performers and venues find each other: venues post gigs and invite performers, performers apply, and both sides message and confirm bookings. A booking is an agreement between the performer and the venue. We are not a party to it, not an agent or employer of either side, and we don’t guarantee that a gig, a performer or a venue will turn out as described.

4. Booking payments are between you and the other party

Gigs & Places is a discovery and booking platform, not a payment processor, escrow, or party to any booking. Any fee, deposit, or payment for a performance is arranged and settled directly between the performer and the venue. We do not collect, hold, transfer, guarantee, or refund booking payments, and we are not responsible for non-payment, underpayment, late payment, chargebacks, taxes, or any payment dispute between the parties.

5. Keeping your word

Show up for what you confirm, and cancel as early as you can if you must. The app may show a record of cancellations, reviews and on-time payment so others can decide who to book.

6. Subscriptions

Some features need a paid plan. Plans are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account, and are refunded under that store’s rules. We may change what each plan includes or costs; a price change applies from your next renewal, after notice.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post: profile text, photos, videos, messages and reviews. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share it inside Gigs & Places and to show it in our own promotion of the service, only as needed to run and promote it. Only post content you have the right to share.

8. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about a real, completed booking. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or break these Terms.

9. Conduct

Be honest and respectful. Don’t harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; don’t pretend to be someone else; don’t post anything illegal, sexual, hateful or misleading; don’t send spam; don’t scrape, copy or interfere with the app; and don’t try to get around a booking arranged here to avoid the app’s rules.

10. Safety, verification and moderation

We may ask you to verify your identity or a venue address. We may review reported content and accounts, and remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. You can appeal a moderation decision from the app.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts as described above. Bookings and reviews others rely on may stay after deletion without your name, as our Privacy Policy explains.

12. Disclaimers

Gigs & Places is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service, its availability, or the people and venues you meet through it. Use your own judgment and take care when meeting people in person.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NRAZ Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything that happens between performers and venues, including payments, cancellations, injuries or property damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

14. Your responsibility to us

If a claim is brought against us because of your content, your bookings or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app and ask you to review it before you continue.
