Your account
- Sign-in trouble: on the sign-in screen, choose another way to sign in, or ask for a code by email.
- Delete your account: in the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. You can also email us from the address on your account.
- Subscriptions: plans are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel or ask for a refund in your store account settings.
Safety
To report a person, a gig or a message, use Report in the app, or email support@gigsandplaces.com. If someone is in danger, call 911.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy, or email privacy@gigsandplaces.com to ask for a copy of your data or to be removed from the waitlist.
